Who I Am and What I Do
My journey of Manual-therapy began in 2009 as a part-time job while studying at university. Since then, my interest has developed into a passion for exploring health and wellness. With that being said, I have been around alternative medicine my whole life. Throughout my childhood, my parents inspired me with the essential values that I apply to my treatments today. Such as the importance and integrity of body, mind and spirit for well-being.
At the moment I'm in the clinical phase of my BSc degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine which is a rather profound dimension of knowledge and wisdom. I'll be graduated and fully qualified acupuncturist in November 2020. I'm one of the founders of Chinese Medicine Society at Kingston University and currently the secretary of the society.
I'm proud to be working with a team of passionate and thriving Chiropractors and Osteopath at Reflex Spinal Health in Caversham.
I'm also working with a collection of excellent Pilates instructors and Personal trainers at Refresh Health Club in Reading.
Every day, I strive to both educate and heal my guests, empowering them to live a better and healthier life.
